1.3 Please confirm the final selling price before submitting your order.

1.6 If a product requires repair or replacement due to a conformity defect, return shipping costs and related delivery costs for repaired or replacement products will be covered by the Seller.
2. Shipping and Product Delivery
2.1 Purchased products will be delivered to the address provided by you in the order.
2.2. Product shipment is subject to confirmation of payment via the electronic payment system.
2.3. The Seller will invoice the purchased products via email or postal mail, according to applicable laws and regulations. Invoices will be based on the information provided by the customer at the time of the order. Invoice modifications are not permitted after issuance.

2.5. Orders shipped outside the European Union may incur import duties specified in the order notes or payable directly to the carrier upon delivery if not previously stated.
2.6. Upon delivery by the courier, you (or an authorized person) must verify: (i) the number of items matches the delivery note; (ii) the packaging and seals are intact, undamaged, dry, and unaltered.
2.7 Any damage to the packaging and/or products or discrepancies in item count or documentation must be immediately reported in writing on the courier’s delivery note. Signing the courier's document without noting objections will waive your right to contest external characteristics of the delivered package.

4. Consumer Rights, Cancellation Period, Returns, and Refunds
4.1 As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract with the Seller regarding products purchased on aloereginaflorae.it without penalty and without specifying a reason, provided you inform the Seller in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the products. You will then receive a refund for the product price.
4.2 You must return products to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days from notifying the Seller of cancellation, in the same condition as received and at your own expense. You are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the products while in your possession.
4.3 Returned products must:
- not be used or damaged;
- be returned in their original packaging, an integral part of the product;
- be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from your cancellation notification.
